Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Cave Hotel Saksagan, I experienced a culinary journey that was both memorable and delightful. The hotel's location in Goreme is superb, offering easy access to local cafes and attractions. Each morning, I indulged in a complimentary full breakfast served on the terrace, where the panoramic views of the town created the perfect backdrop for a peaceful start to the day. The breakfast spread was varied, featuring both hot and cold dishes that catered to diverse tastes. I particularly appreciated the selection of fresh fruits and local delicacies, which provided a flavorsome insight into the region's cuisine. One evening, I decided to unwind at the bar/lounge, where I enjoyed a refreshing drink while soaking in the inviting ambiance after a day of exploration. The staff, including Eda and Hattice, were attentive and genuinely committed to ensuring a pleasant experience. My six-night stay was gratifying, with the culinary offerings being a highlight.
